On Saturday September 19th Ripley will host a Porch View Celebration from 11:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.  A few years ago a porch celebration was held and was a popular event.  The 2009 Porch View Celebration is an expanded event to include artists as well as musicians and food.  The participating porches are located in a three block area and will be marked with signs.  A listing of porches and artists will be available to guide you when you arrive at the event.   The list will be available on the Brown County Tourism website a few days before the event.  The website address is www.browncountytourism.com.
